Prof. Elishai Ezra-Tsur

Elishai is the principal investigator of the Neuro & Biomorphic Engineering Lab (NBEL), the Chair of the M.Sc program in Machine Learning and Big Data, and an Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. In his research, Elishai studies the realm of brain-inspired machines. He utilizes artificial brains to develop new frameworks for robotics and vision processing.

Prof. Judith Gal-Ezer

Judith’s main area of research is computer science education research. This includes: designing curricula, tailored for both schools and university levels, making intricate computer science concepts accessible and understandable to young students, and integrating AI tools into computer science teaching.

Prof. Rica Gonen

Rica Gonen is an associate professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. Her scientific interests include Computational Game Theory and Computational Social Choice focusing on general multi-sided markets design, fair division algorithms, ride-sharing problems, deep learning and games and other AI related challenges.

Prof. Noam Shental

Noam Shental is an associate professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. His research group does computational biology, applying computer science approaches to solve problems in biology and medicine.
